Jonas Williams (aka Choirboy2020) is an Oregon Magic player and Magic enthusiast. Jonas is a reviewer with the cEDH decklist database and author of the Captain Sisay Adaptive Tutors deck on the database, moderator for the cEDH/Competitive Commander Facebook group, admin with PDX cEDH, and even made his own YouTube channel Choirboy2020. He’s appeared in videos with the Mind Sculptors, cEDH TV, and ka0stournaments to discuss deck theory and how to improve at cEDH.
Jonas played his favorite commander, Captain Sisay in Ka0s 7. He thinks the deck is severely underrated, and the flexibility, consistency, and power of a consistent tutor in the command zone really shined this tournament. 75% of his wins in Ka0s 7 were from destroying every land his opponents controlled through Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite and Living Plane or Kamahl, Fist of Krosa. Jonas hasn’t appeared in any online tournaments since Ka0s 7 because he’s been very busy with moving, accepting a new job position as a choir director, and ensuring the regional championship qualifiers hosted by PDX cEDH and their sister group in Washington SeaEDH run smoothly.
